Studio Hire at Anita’s Dance Academy

Do you need a venue for your one off or regular classes or events?

We have two different sized studios available to be hired for regular and one off bookings. Here are just some of the perks you get when hiring our studios:

• Free Wi-Fi for your instructor/teacher and attendees by arrangement.

• Toilets

• Air conditioner upstairs and a commercial heating and cooling system downstairs.

• Bluetooth sound system at no extra cost

• Optional free advertising on our entrance TV

• Mirror walls in both studios

• Natural lighting

 Our Studios

Studio 1 (Downstairs)

Studio 1 is our largest studio at 11m x 14m This studio features a large stage and floor area, designated toilets, a high ceiling of 5 metres and dim lights (let us know if you require dim lights), plus all the perks listed above. This is perfect for larger functions, classes or showcases.

A basic kitchen with a bar inside of the studio and tables/chairs is available by arrangement for one off bookings. Please note that a set up fee will apply for table and chairs.

Studio 2 (Upstairs)

Studio 2 is our smaller studio. This studio provides a cozy environment with lots of natural lighting, perfect for smaller classes or functions. This studio features dimmable lights.

A minimum booking of 1 hour applies.

One off and regular bookings will require a contract to be signed. The contract is non binding and can be cancelled by the hirer with 7 days notice to us.
